During the coming weekend, I wish for all of us to stop and ask: What would I need for it to feel slightly lighter or calmer inside?
The answers can be from “I do not know”, to “seeking health care”, or to sit for a while in silence, as well as just to continue with what already creates ease and calm. ☀️The important thing is the reminder of the desire to take care of and protect yourself.☀️ If this feels impossible, try instead to keep the desire to be able to feel the intention and the will to take care of and protect yourself in the long term.
